Last Sunday, while packing to go back to college, my younger sister suddenly ask me this question, "Bila mahu kahwin?" I was speechless when I heard the question. Seriously, I never thought my sister will ask me. (Of all people. Haha)
It's not that I haven't thought of marriage at all. Pernahlah. Tapi itu pon main-main aje. Not serious. I still think that it quites early for me although my mom married when she was 21 and this year will be their 40th anniversary. And my sister married at the age of 23 and this year she receive a second baby.
Although I am turning 23 this year, I still think that I am young. Macam budak-budak je lagi. Yes, in certain time, I can act matured, think maturely. But not now. I still thinks that there is a loooonnnggg way to go before marriage.
When my sister ask me that question, my reply is "Entahlah. Tak fikir lagi". Then she said, kan dah grad tahun ini, bolehlah kalau nak kahwin. I said that I wasn't ready yet for married life. Duit pon takde lagi ini. Macam mana nak kahwin. It's not that I don't have any savings for my marriage. (I have some amount of money that I save for my marriage purposes and also emergency use).
Yes. I am a forward thinker. Sampai duit semua dah simpan. Hehe. Cuma, its just that I haven't experience having my own salary on my own hand yet. So, I want to experience that first. That's why I am not ready yet and one more thing, I am planning to buy a house first before getting married.

So, conclusionnya, when people ask me about marriage, seriously, I don't have any answer for that. Biarlah masa sahaja yang menentukan. Kalau dah sampai seru itu, adalah. Oh, btw, to me, the ideal age for marriage is between 25 to 27. Tapi sekali lagi, ini semua ketentuan tuhan. Kalau ada jodoh itu adalah. Wallahu'alam.

baguslah dah pergi kursus kahwin. dengar cerita by next year dah naik dari 2 hari jadi 5 hari. huhu.
